Match: We’ll match your pet with a vetted host and send you their profile.
Confirm booking: Confirm you’re happy to proceed by making payment.
Pet drop-off & Stay Updated: Drop-off you fur-baby at one of our drop-off locations and enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands

Fill out our host application form Become a Host, provide details about your experience with pets, and undergo a verification process. Once approved, we’ll start sending pets your way.

We primarily focus on small - medium dogs but may accommodate other sized dogs depending on the host’s preferences and experience.

Hosts go through a thorough vetting process, including, reference checks, and interviews to ensure they are capable and trustworthy.

Many of our hosts are experienced in caring for pets with special needs but you should specify any special requirements your pet has when booking so we can match them with a suitable host.

Payments are made securely via Bank transfers to Cuddlie Pets.

You can cancel your booking before your pet’s stay commences for a full refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on refunds and charges.

We send you photo/video updates every other day as a way for you to stay connected to your fur-baby.

Bring your pet’s food, any medications, favorite toys, and a bed or blanket they are familiar with to help them feel comfortable during their stay. We’ll share a checklist for you before drop-off.

After your pet’s stay, you can leave a review and rating for the host on our website. Your feedback helps us maintain high standards and improve our services.

Our hosts will contact us immediately where any emergencies occur. We’ll contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic if necessary.
