Welcome to Cuddlie Pets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which connects pet owners ("Owners") with pet hosts ("Hosts") who care for dogs in their homes. By accessing or using Cuddlie Pets, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Cuddlie Pets LTD ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies posted on the platform.

2. Eligibility

- Owners: To use the platform as an Owner, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

- Hosts: To register as a Host, you must be at least 18 years old, pass our vetting process, and have a suitable environment for hosting pets.

3. Account Registration

- Account Creation: You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Description

- For Owners: The platform allows you to find and book Hosts to care for your pets while you are away.

- For Hosts: The platform connects you with Owners who need someone to care for their pets. You will receive payment for hosting pets as agreed upon through the platform.

5. Booking Process

- Owners: Browse Host profiles, send booking requests, and pay for services once the Host accepts the booking.

- Hosts: Review and accept booking requests, care for pets as agreed, and receive payment through the platform.

6. Payments and Fees

- Service Fees: Cuddly Pets Ltd may charge service fees for using the platform. These fees are disclosed at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

- Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

- Owners: If you need to cancel a booking, you must do so through the platform. Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation as outlined in our Refund Policy.

- Hosts: If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify Cuddlie Pets Ltd as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

8. Responsibilities and Conduct

- Owners: You must provide accurate information about your pet, including health, behavior, and any special needs. You are responsible for providing necessary supplies and instructions to the Host.

- Hosts: You must provide a safe, clean, and caring environment for the pets you host. You agree to follow the care instructions provided by the Owner and communicate regularly with them during the pet’s stay.

9. Vetting and Background Checks

- Hosts: All Hosts must undergo a vetting process, which may include background checks and interviews. By applying to be a Host, you consent to these checks.

- Owners: While we strive to vet all Hosts thoroughly, Cuddly Pets Ltd does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, or background of any Host.

10. Liability and Indemnity

- Limited Liability: Cuddly Pets Ltd is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Cuddlie pets Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, as described in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

13. Modification of Terms

Cuddlie Pets Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

- Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
